Refund Policy
1. Subscriptions
Plans are billed in advance in INR (GST included) and auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current term.
2. Refund window
You may request a refund of a subscription payment within 7 days of that payment if you have used less than 50% of that period’s credits. After 7 days, or once 50% or more of the credits are used, payments are non-refundable.
3. Credit top-ups
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once any of the credits have been used. Unused top-up packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
4. Non-refundable cases
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms forfeit any refund. Taxes already remitted (GST) may be non-refundable as required by law.
5. How to request
Email hello@vyrel.cloud from your account email with your transaction ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
