Terms of Service

1. Who we are & acceptance

These Terms govern your use of Vyrel (“Vyrel”, “we”, “us”), an AI video-creation service operated by StarvoxLabs Pvt Ltd, BKC, Mumbai, India (“Company”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Vyrel is not intended for anyone under 18.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Your content & the licence you grant us

You retain ownership of the videos, images, audio, and text you upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service and render your outputs — including sending it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

We do not use Your Content to train AI models.

5. Ownership of outputs

Subject to your plan and your payment being current, you own the videos you generate with Vyrel and may use them commercially. Free-plan outputs are watermarked and licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

We retain all rights in the Vyrel platform, software, and models.

6. Consent for faces and voices

If you upload, animate, or clone any real person’s face or voice (including via avatars or voice cloning), you represent and warrant that you have that person’s explicit consent and all necessary rights. You are solely responsible for such use.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Vyrel to create or distribute:

  • child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance — we report to the authorities and NCMEC);
  • non-consensual intimate imagery or deceptive deepfakes of real people;
  • content impersonating a real person or entity without authorisation;
  • content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • election or political misinformation, hate speech, harassment, or unlawful content;
  • malware, or attempts to reverse-engineer, resell, scrape, or overload the Service.

8. Your responsibility for outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing every output for accuracy and appropriateness before you use or publish it.

9. Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance in INR (GST included) via our payment processor (Razorpay). Subscriptions auto-renew each term until cancelled; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current term. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from Your Content, your outputs, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
